In our fourth and final week of our Best Pictures series, we celebrate the based-on-a-true-story brilliance of Philomena. Nominated for four Academy Awards, Philomena is really a tale of two cities. One is Limerick, Ireland, where a pregnant young woman’s story begins. The other is Washington D.C., nearly 50 years later, where the search for her son comes to its conclusion.
